
Around a conversation about travel, good food & good wine is that Alex and José decided to develop a culinary project. José, as the executive chef and with vast career in spanish cuisine + the ideas and passion of Alex gave birth to their brainchild project in 2021, Kulto, a spanish restaurant that elevates the spanish gastronomy concept.
Since then, more restaurants have joined the group. Focusing on re-energising restaurants and bringing them together incorporating the same core values throughout has been our motto. Spanish & latin inspired food was the initial line we followed, but looking to expand and navigate around other kind of cuisines and styles, an italian-australian concept was born, Cenzo, the latest addition to the family.
